ENVIRONMENTAL CARE

Our mission and our promise to the planet.

We do our best to make sure our products are as sustainable as possible.

WE GO IT NAKED

We dislike unnecessary cellophane wrap so we don't use it, unless it is absolutely necessary for the protection of your product. As of now, we only use it to protect your wrapping paper and our 'Colour Me' and 'Pom Pom' collections. It can be harmful to the environment and the biodegradable options at the moment can often be expensive and poor quality for consumers.

Instead of cellophane on cards, we use what's called a 'card catch' which is a specially designed type of sticker that holds the envelope inside the card. Don't worry the sticker does not damage the card or the envelope in any way and is peeled off easily. They are specially designed for this purpose.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THAT FSC BABY!

It's all about that FSC, 'bout that FSC, yeah baby!

The FSC logo found on the back of all our cards stands for the Forest Stewardship Council. Printers are only awarded the opportunity to put the FSC logo on their products if they meet the "gold standard" of ethical production.

Our commitment is to make as many of our products either recyclable or compostable if possible and we are always looking for ways to do better.

PROTECTION FOR THE ENVIRONMENT & YOUR ORDER

Forget those bubbles! We make sure your order arrives protected from shipping and handling but instead of harmful plastic bubble wrap we use honeycomb protection paper.

THOUGHTFUL FINISHES

Having worked in the industry for a while we know that some finishes can be harmful to the environment. Glitter has a biodegradable alternative but unfortunately the glue used to hold the glitter on the card has not. This is why you will not see us use glitter on our cards or artworks.

Whilst sadly we cannot make 100% of our finishes on artworks and greeting cards environmentally friendly, we will always do our best to source alternative solutions where possible.
